Zakat Fitrah distribution to the beneficiaries

The zakat fitrah funds collected by Dompet Dhuafa USA were distributed to a total of 10 provinces in Indonesia. Dompet Dhuafa USA was able to collect up to $7,251 this year. This cannot be separated from the enthusiasm of donors in the United States to continue assisting impoverished communities in Indonesia.

This year, Dompet Dhuafa USA distributed Zakat Fitrah to West Sumatra, South Sumatra, Lampung, the Riau Islands, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, East Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi.

The Zakat Firah distribution has benefited 1,820 families spread across 10 provinces. The beneficiaries are those who live in Indonesia’s interior and exterior regions. Many of them are elderly and impoverished people.
